The first annual SMOKE ON THE WATER to be held on the 2014 Summer Solstice (June 21st). A toothsome meat and blues festival so packed with flavor that we needed the longest day of the year! We are very excited to team with the Lizzie McNeill's and Misericordia for this event. Musical guests include PISTOL PETE Psychedelic / Rock & Roll / Blues, Cadillac Dave and The Red Hots and opening will be Christian Collin. Participating restaurants will be Chop Shop Chicago with Mario Minelli, Quay with Chef Roger Herring (Socca, Grand Tour), Mrs. Murphy & Sons Irish Bistro, Rosie's West Town Deli, Lizzie McNeil's and of course the UPR BB-Crew.
